Day 2

Well I believe day 1 was a sucess, i feel really good this morning, wat i did was eat dinner normally then did a few toning exercises i dont know the name of all of them i did, i just watched exercise videos and learned. I did push ups to help my breast, crunches, bicycles and another ab exercise and so squats for my ass and a thigh exercise, i will incorporate more toning exercises on this skinny bitch journey. Anyways I decided to add stretching to my plan, so this morning i stretched and i feel good, especially in the back wow good stuff, anyways i plan to proceed jus like yesterday with the breakfast and dinner, but before i do my toning exercises i plan to do the insanity warm up, i really beleive that warm up is very effect. So my starting weight eas 160lbs next week thursdsy will be my next weigh in i hope too be 158, wish me good luck guys
